What is SME Package ?

The SME Package Digital is a scheme run by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy that allows SMEs to fund up to 70% of their digitalisation and industrial optimisation projects.

Who can benefit from the SME Package Digital in Luxembourg?
Any SME with its registered office in Luxembourg, employing fewer than 250 staff and with a turnover below €50M. Industrial, manufacturing and business services sectors are eligible.
What is the maximum subsidy amount?
Up to 17 500 € per SME, up to a maximum of 70% of the project's eligible costs. The remainder (30%) is at your expense.
Is SXE Consulting an approved provider?
Yes. SXE Consulting is officially certified by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy to operate within the SME Package Digital framework, in digitalisation as well as operational excellence.
Which services are eligible for the SME Package?
All digitalisation projects (ERP, MES, RPA, electronic invoicing, dashboards) and industrial optimisation projects (lean manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, project management) fall within the scope.
How long does the application process take?
SXE takes care of the application file (allow 2 to 4 weeks for validation by the Ministry). The field assignment then starts according to a schedule we set together - most projects run over 4 to 18 months.
Can the SME Package be combined with other Luxembourg aid schemes?
It depends. Certain Fit 4 Innovation or Fit 4 Digital schemes and sector-specific subsidies can be combined under certain conditions. Our team checks the maximum optimisation during the free pre-diagnostic.
