Last week, a client said this to me, a sentence I often hear in industry: \u201cWe would like to embark on a Lean Six Sigma approach, but at the moment we cannot afford it. Cash flow is too tight.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is an understandable reaction. When financial pressure is high, the instinct is to cut spending and postpone projects that do not appear immediately vital.
Yet it is precisely in these periods of pressure that Lean Six Sigma<\/strong> can become a major strategic lever<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Why? Because in reality, Lean is not an expense<\/strong>, but an investment that produces visible results quickly<\/strong>.
In industrial companies, well-run Lean projects often make it possible to recover several tens, or even hundreds, of thousands of euros\u2026 within a few months.<\/p>\n

Lean, a catalyst for operational performance<\/h2>\n

The Lean<\/a>approach, combined with the tools of Six Sigma<\/strong>, aims to eliminate waste<\/strong>, to reduce variability<\/strong>, and to smooth the production processes<\/strong>.
In other words: simpler, faster, more reliable, with the existing resources.<\/p>\n

Contrary to what is sometimes imagined, launching a Lean project does not necessarily mean mobilising substantial financial resources.
It is often a matter of collective, structured, field-oriented thinking<\/strong>, with few material resources but a great deal of common sense.<\/p>\n
